Manuals are delivered digitally over e-mail within a few hours. Manuals can also be shipped to you on a DVD ($7.99) or print and bound ($99.99). These will be shipped through USPS/Canada Post within 2 business days of purchase.

All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive in North-America. Items shipped internationally will take 3-4 weeks.
