Refund policy

Manuals can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. This includes downloads and physically shipped products. Refunds will be processed onto the same payment method as purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as you realize the product is not as expected and we will respond within 1 business day. We will cover any return shipping. If your purchase exceeds the 7 days, please still feel free to contact us and we will try our best to work with you.
